GOLD partners with Blip.TV for distribution that does double damage.
Hey, everybody: we’re crazy-excited to announce that GOLD has officially partnered with Blip.tv to distribute our series! This is a big deal for us, as it opens us to a new, wider audience than we’ve been able to reach on our own. In addition, Blip.tv will be distributing GOLD not only on the web, but also to Boxee, network-enabled Sony TVs, Verizon FIOS, iTunes and other Blip.tv distribution partners. They’ll also be working with advertisers to provide GOLD a new revenue stream that will hopefully help us make Season 2.
So, while GOLD will still be available on YouTube, Vimeo and other streaming sites, the player on this website will be the amazing Blip.tv player and, over time, we’ll be transitioning our external links to the Blip.TV site and tightening up our page over there. It should be a seamless transition for all of our viewers and fans, but if you experience any trouble, please let us know.
