More GOLD press mentions, Pre-GenCon

GOLD got some great press in the 2 weeks or so running up to GenCon.

Unfortunately, because we were just so crazy busy with GenCon preparation, I didn’t have time to link back to them all. Here they are:

• The Omnivangelist, a great no-nonsense blogs about all things gaming (tabletop, collectibles and all manner of on and offline video games) included a whole section just for GOLD in it’s July 30th Time Stop: omnivangelist.net/wp/?p=613.
  
   
• The ENnies, the annual RPG Awards sponsored by the venerable ENWorld, has a category called “Best Regalia,” which acknowledges gamer-related goodies which improve the life of every gamer. While we didn’t get nominated, at least one judge thought we should have been, and he gives us a nice mention on his blog, Blogging the ENnies: enniejudge.blogspot.com/2009/07/best-regalia.html.
  
   
• Our new friends at RadNerd gave us a really nice write-up right before GenCon. These guys cover the intersection between geek and pop culture, and it’s a big honor to have a place on their site. Check it out: www.radnerd.com/?p=894
  
   
• GOLD was mentioned in a couple of Tubefilter articles in recent weeks.
